Editorial accountability
Sefa Karahan is the founder and publisher of SIAIntel and holds final responsibility for publication decisions, editorial standards, corrections, and conflict-of-interest controls.
Confidential contributors
SIAIntel works with contributors and advisers who may hold or have held sensitive roles in public administration, regulation, markets, or editorial organizations. Their names may be withheld when professional duties, source protection, personal safety, or contractual obligations require confidentiality.
How confidentiality is governed
Confidentiality is not anonymity without accountability. Before a confidential contribution is relied upon, the publisher verifies the contributor’s identity and relevant expertise. Confidential contributors do not receive an invented public biography or fictional byline.
Independence and conflicts
Contributions are reviewed against source evidence, uncertainty, relevance, and potential conflicts. Confidential status does not exempt a contribution from verification, editorial review, or correction.
