Independent intelligence publication
SIAIntel follows the intersection of artificial intelligence, energy, capital markets, macroeconomics and digital infrastructure—where structural change often appears before it becomes consensus.

Sefa Karahan holds final responsibility for publication decisions, editorial standards, corrections and conflict-of-interest controls at SIAIntel.
SIAIntel is an independent, multilingual digital publication built to identify consequential developments before they become fully visible in market pricing or mainstream coverage. We connect policy, infrastructure, financing and technology rather than treating each as an isolated story.
Our core coverage includes artificial intelligence, data centers, electricity systems, infrastructure finance, government bonds, interest rates, liquidity, credit markets, digital assets and global economic change. We prioritize stories where several of these systems interact and create a new risk, constraint or investment signal.
SIAIntel was founded and is published by Sefa Karahan. The publisher is the publicly identified person accountable for final editorial decisions, publication standards, corrections, disclosure practices and responses to substantiated complaints. Editorial responsibility is not delegated to an unnamed system or fictional author identity.
SIAIntel may receive specialist input from contributors and advisers who hold or have held sensitive roles in public administration, regulation, markets, energy, technology or editorial organizations. Their identities may be withheld when professional obligations, source protection, personal safety or contractual duties require confidentiality. They do not represent their institutions or employers when contributing to SIAIntel.
Confidentiality does not mean unverified anonymity. Before a confidential contribution is relied upon, the publisher verifies the person’s identity and relevant expertise. Confidential contributors are not given invented biographies, fabricated titles or fictional public profiles, and their input remains subject to source review, conflict checks and correction standards.
We prioritize primary documents, regulatory records, company filings, official datasets, court records, credible news wires, academic work and independent corroboration. Confirmed facts, analysis, estimates and editorial inference are separated wherever materially relevant. Uncertainty is stated rather than hidden behind false precision.
AI tools may support document review, research, drafting, translation, comparison and quality control. They do not independently decide what SIAIntel publishes. Source judgment, framing, final approval, corrections and accountability remain under human editorial control.
SIAIntel does not accept payment in exchange for favorable coverage. Material errors are reviewed and corrected when evidence warrants a change, with significant updates made visible on the affected article. Authorship, correction, conflict or standards questions can be sent to editorial@siaintel.com.
